What we collect

When you request a Channel Gap Report, we collect your name, work email, store website and the markets you sell in. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Why we use it

We use these details to prepare your report, email it to you and follow up once. The legal basis is the steps you ask us to take before any contract, and our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries.

Who processes it

Our form provider (Formspree) receives form submissions, our website host (Vercel) serves this site, and our email provider (Google Workspace) handles our email. They process the data only on our instructions. We don't sell your data or share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to 12 months after our last contact, unless you become a client, in which case contract records are kept as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by emailing ronaldo@laneandledger.eu. If you're in the UK, you can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); in the EU, to your local data protection authority.
